·   Oversaw the  roll-out programs for the company from  preliminary network design ( PND), city survey , site acquisition and documentation,  line of site (LOS), technical site survey (TSS), final site survey report (FSSR), site build , equipment deployment and installations, commissioning and integration to the network

·   Ensured the efficient management  and balancing of the enhanced triple constrains of scope, time, cost, quality, risk and customer satisfaction in meeting  with the project requirement

·   Managed the  overall work load requiring daily supervision by scheduling site inspections adequately in other of priorities

·   Coordinated  cross functional  activities in other  to complete specific project activity as scheduled in the project management plan with effective communication management plan

·   Initiated over 400 sites  by conducting  viability analysis of potential site coverage for the Globacom network capacity growth

·   Worked  closely with the network planning department, OMCR in RF design, creation and implementation of new sites for  coverage expansion and quality service delivery to our esteemed customers

·   Built over 200 numbers of  2G/3G sites by effectively monitoring and controlling  the site built processes including civil/ tower foundation work , electro-mechanical works, RF, BSS/ TX, BTS/MW link installation implementation

·   Provided technical supervision to subcontractors while carrying out specialized equipment installations, like RF feeder and sectorial antennae installation on the tower, microwave link antennae installation and alignment, base transceiver station (BTS), transmission rack, testing and commissioning, rectifier and battery power back-up, VSWR test on feeders, line of site (LOS) validation, generators,  MDB,  alternative transfer switch (ATS), and other electrical installations

·   Managed site built contractors for continual improvement by periodic  assessment and appraisal for management performance tracking, including equipment vendors like Ericsson, Huawei, Alcatel, ZTE, Ceragon

·   Supervision of fiber optics laying/installation and cross-connection for transmission of data, & voice services on 3G and routing of Huawei RNC (Radio Network Controller) supervision to OMC (Operations and Maintenance Centre).

·   Ensured the compliance to health, safety and environment  standard on all job sites

·   Closed over 200 sites by conducting site acceptance with the approved scope and approved changes,  and signed the final acceptance certificate FAC

·   Surveyed and established reference points and elevations to guide building construction

·   Determined strength and adequacy of concrete and foundations using the cube crushing test or the non-destructive test

·   Supervised the construction of both residential and commercial buildings

·   Supervised road grading, drainage construction and sub-contractor works

·   Daily and weekly site progress report writing and construction milestone documentation

·   Prepared As-Built drawing for all sites as part of project closing documentation

Site Engineer               

·   Conducted site search with approved coordinates, site acquisition and proper documentation

·   Conducted technical site survey (TSS) for new sites to generate site specific requirement and working drawings prior to start up meeting (SUM)

·   Carried out soil test using the deep cone penetrometer test for foundation specification and design

·   Construction of different types of foundations: Pile, Raft, Pad and column for towers

·   Dealing with the logistics of site build and site workers coordination

·   Construction material and construction equipment deployment

·   Site setting out based on approved working drawing from the client

·   Supervised tower rigging and carried out tower certification (torque test ) and acceptance

·   Constructed reinforced concrete retaining walls, equipment slabs with the appropriate concrete strength and steel palisade fence

·   Grounding system installation on site and testing using the earth meter  tester    

·   Backfilling and compaction of soil within the site perimeter to the required strength

·   Masonry work, landscaping and site cleaning prior to closing and handover
